Upgrades, Exchanges & Downgrades NEW
Let patrons move to a different ticket without a refund-and-rebuy. Exchange like for like, upgrade by emailing the patron a secure Stripe link to pay the difference, or downgrade and choose to refund none, part or all of the difference. You can set an optional change fee on any change, and downgrade refunds show a change fee for processing costs. Every amount is itemised in the patron's email, and nothing is added at checkout: on an upgrade they pay exactly the difference plus any change fee you set, with processing fees coming out of that amount. The old tickets are cancelled and the new ones emailed automatically.
